By accessing and using MindDumper, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

MindDumper is operated by JBS BV, a company registered in Belgium.

2. Description of Service

MindDumper is a brain dumping tool that helps users:

• Extract and organize thoughts, tasks, and ideas
• Use trigger words in multiple languages to aid memory recall
• Export organized content to various productivity platforms
• Manage and customize their brain dumping experience

3. Account Registration

To use MindDumper, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent)
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Lifetime License

• MindDumper is sold as a one-time payment of €49 for lifetime access
• Payment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the service
• All prices include applicable taxes
• Payment processing is handled by certified third-party processors

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MindDumper only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the service without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
• Upload malicious content or attempt to introduce viruses

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in MindDumper, including:

• Brain dump entries and notes
• Custom trigger words you create
• Personal preferences and settings

By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

7. Intellectual Property

MindDumper and all related trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of JBS BV. This includes:

• The MindDumper software and platform
• Our trigger word database and methodology
• All design elements and user interface
• Documentation and help materials

You receive a limited license to use these only as necessary to use our service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we cannot guarantee:

• 100% uptime or uninterrupted access
• That the service will be error-free
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• MindDumper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, though we make reasonable efforts to prevent such losses

10. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if:

• You are not satisfied with the service
• The service does not work as described
• You experience technical issues we cannot resolve

Refund requests must be submitted to support@minddumper.com with your purchase details.

11. Account Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@minddumper.com. Upon termination, you will lose access to the service, but your lifetime license fee will not be refunded (except during the 30-day refund period).

By Us

We may terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms of service
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Engage in abusive behavior toward our staff or other users

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via:

• Email notification to your registered address
• Notice within the MindDumper application
• Updated "last modified" date on this page

Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Belgium. However, you may also bring claims in your local jurisdiction if required by local consumer protection laws.
